Last updated on November 5, 2026. This Cookie Policy applies to visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and works alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Affarit Studio SRL ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on https://andrasferencz.ro (the "website"). We keep them to the minimum needed to run the site, and we ask for your consent before using anything that is not strictly necessary.
2. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can remember your actions and preferences. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, can be used for the same purposes. In this policy we call all of them "cookies". They can be first-party (set by this website) or third-party (set by another organisation), and session (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept for a set period).
3. How we ask for your consent
On your first visit we show a cookie banner. Strictly necessary storage is always active because the site cannot work without it. For analytics you choose:
- Accept: allow analytics;
- Decline: keep only what is strictly necessary.
Nothing non-essential runs before you choose, and declining is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page.
4. What we use
The website uses only first-party, strictly necessary storage, listed below. Our analytics is cookieless and runs only after you opt in (section 5), so it is not in this table. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If you arrive through a tagged link, the tag is kept in memory for the open tab only and nothing is stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy).
5. Categories you can control
- Strictly necessary: always on. Required for the site to work, to remember your choice and to keep resources you unlocked open. Not used for tracking.
- Analytics: runs only if you opt in. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service that records aggregated usage data such as page views. It does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information and does not track you across other websites. It loads only after you allow it and stops if you withdraw consent. 6. What we deliberately avoid
- Our fonts are served by this website itself, so loading a page sends no requests to Google Fonts or other font services.
- No Google Analytics, advertising pixels, social media trackers or cross-site tracking.
- No reCAPTCHA: our forms use a privacy-friendly proof-of-work check that sets no cookies.
- No embedded video players that set cookies on ordinary pages.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
Besides our preferences link, you can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop parts of the site from working, for example unlocked resources.
8. Your rights
Your rights over your personal data, including access, erasure and withdrawing consent, are described in our Privacy Policy, with how to contact us and how to complain to a supervisory authority.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when what we use or the law changes. We will revise the date above and, where appropriate, ask for your consent again.
